CUSTOMER CARE
RIBZ guarantees all products we manufacture to be free from any defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the one year warranty period, RIBZ will either repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the pack. RIBZ will not repair or replace any pack that has been torn as a result of accidents or misuse

PRIVACY & SAFETY
RIBZ believes a user's privacy is of the utmost importance. We feel the entire industry of selling user data is a racket and a blatant contradiction of the implied right to privacy found within the First, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Ninth Amendments of The Constitution. We will never under any circumstance sell anyone's personal data. RIBZ maintains a customer email list for the sole purpose to notify pre-existing customers of future special offers and that's it. Any customer can email us at any time and tell us to go pound sand at which time we will permanently delete the email address from our record.
Our goal is to inspire people to get outdoors and enjoy mother nature. If we can provide any type of gear or information that will add personal benefit and/or enhance the outdoor experience, that's our sole intent.
